  MAZATLAN Food, Drink & Entertainment

Restaurants & Bars

It's no surprise that Mazatlan's dining scene centers around seafood, particularly shrimp. Restaurants tend to be casual, serving bountiful and reasonably priced meals. Fiesta Nights are popular at many hotels, particularly the ones held at the Pueblo Bonito, Playa Mazatlán (one of Mexico's best), El Cid and Camino Real hotels.

You'll also find an array of American-style fast food chains in the Zona Dorada as well as large Mexican chain grocery stores.

Mazatlan at night is full of excitement!

Nightlife abounds in Mazatlan. The city offers everything from discos open until 4am (most people arrive around midnight) to small quaint bars & lounges. In between you'll find some chain bar/restaurants and daytime/afternoon haunts popular with the beach crowd.
