The ZAMAS property spans two acres along the Caribbean coast. Five kilometers to the north are the Tulum Ruins and to the south are forty-five kilometers of beach, most of which is part of the Sian Kaan Reserve. We sit on a cove with a rock bluff, giving our beach one of the rare westward views of the sunset over the jungle. There is a beach road that travels through the property; the jungle and top floor ocean view rooms sit west of the beach road and the beachfront and garden rooms are beach side. While some choose to be close to the beach, others like the quiet and more remote locale of the jungle (with some fantastic bird watching from those second story rooms). We have both individual cabanas and niche spaces in larger bungalows. Each room is unique in design and location and architecturally reflects traditional Maya style. Zamas Tulum, Mexico
