Hotel de la Soledad is
located in the Historical Downtown of Morelia, one block from the
Cathedral.
It is a
colonial structure of the XVIII Century, which is surrounded by pink block of stone
arches, magnificent works of art and a unique collection of Old Cars form the XVII, XVIII
and XIX century.
To lodge in the Hotel de la Soledad, is not as much to know the city of today, but to
enter a little more in its roots, its spirit, and to arrive, in the history of old
Valladolid, at least back to the placid and adventurus time of the diligences
(stagecoach).

The first and original Diligence Hostel, starts operations in the XVIII century, and
provides services as a formal hotel, into a very antique building with an amazing
arquitectural style.
Recently it was completely restored by architects Arturo and Roberto Ramírez Bernal,
transforming it into the stately Hotel de la Soledad, that today, as for more than 200
years, it has been offering pleasant and warm shelter to de visitors of our Colonial City.
