After you are done visiting the ruins of Tulum, the open bazaar offers a chance to buy a variety of souvenirs from the gift shop that sells silver, clothing, pottery and gifts. Always rembember to bargain for a good price.
Through the main street of the village, the Avenida Tulum, you will find small gift shops and handcraft galleries. Here you can purchase exclusive mexican arts, crafts, furniture and decorations all with the local mexican touch.
Along the roadside to Tulum, small stands of vendors will be eager to sell you their colorful woven rugs and sarapes (small colorful blankets), sombreros, pareos, silver jewely and handcrafts.
