La Puesta del Sol is a friendly and relaxed beachfront guest inn offering four comfortable suites and rooms. We are located at Playa Troncones near the twin resorts of Zihuatanejo and Ixtapa on the Costa Grande of the state of Guerrero in Mexico.

Because we are right on the beach guests enjoy fantastic sunsets (hence our name) as well as the sights and sounds of the vast blue Pacific Ocean. Dolphins and pelicans are a common sight, and depending on the time of year guests may also see whales passing by and sea turtles laying their eggs in the sandy beach.

The coastal village of Troncones is a nature-lovers' paradise where time seems to stand still and the modern world loses significance. Surfers will find Troncones a terrific place to surf at the several nearby surfing spots and beaches.
