We have a private beach house and bungalow which are situated along the Mexican Rivera near the village of Barra de Potosi at the south end of Play Blanca, 30 kms south of Ixtapa/Zihuatanejo. Barra de Potosi is a small, seaside fishing settlement with approximately 300 residents. We are 15 minutes from the airport. Casa Puesta del Sol is recommended for the tourist who like a little adventure in their holiday. You can have a truly restful holiday away from the bustle of the resort areas.

There are 24 seafood palapa restaurants along the beach edging a large lagoon. The lagoon is excellent for bird and wildlife watching. You can also kayak, deep sea fish, fish off the beach, mountain bike, swim, snorkel, and ride horses in this scenic area.

Our beach house is self-contained and features a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area, two bedrooms with double beds and en-suite tiled bathrooms. The wooden shuttered windows open on to lush gardens and the patio offers a picturesque view of the beach. The bedrooms open to a covered walkway and can be rented individually sharing the kitchen or the entire house may be rented for more privacy.

The bungalow is self-contained with a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, one bedroom with a double bed and tiled bathroom.

This gated property is private and the garden is flanked with palm trees and bougainvillaea. Our caretakers live on site and provide daily maid service.
