Hidalgo in the State of Oaxaca. The coffee is ground right before each cup is brewed, to ensure the most flavor and
aroma that can be extracted from the bean. Oly´s specialty is waffles, made with the finest ingredients such as
yogurt, cinnamon and fresh eggs, to which you may add any number of extras such as fresh fruits in season (mango,
blueberries, raspberries and blackberries), bacon or go for an old favorite, banana/nut.
