Beautiful beach home in a secure gated community. This 2 bedroom, 2-1/2 bath 1800 SF house is right on the beach! Step right on the sand from your private covered patio or sun yourself on the second level master bedroom deck. Beach and sea 200 degree views from 12 large windows and glass doors.
Please note that this beach house rental is for adults only (No children) and we also have a strict no pet policy. Maximum occupancy four adults.
The community includes a private pool and clubhouse with 24 hour security, manager and maintenance staff. Only a short 10 block walk to town and plenty of parking for your car.
Each bedroom has a private bath and there is a convenient guest bath on the main floor. Bedrooms are large with sea views. The master bedroom is over 600 SF with is own private terrace.
The main house features a large kitchen / great room with a full entertainment system, smart TV, stereo CD/DVD, Pandora, Netflix, and over 300 satellite TV channels.
Rates: $200 USD / night + tax, 7 night minimum. Discount for stays longer than 2 weeks.
Entertainment including fishing, tours, diving etc. can be arranged by our on site manager. He is there to answer all your questions and provide support.
- A tandem Kayak is available with the rental including seats and paddles at no extra charge.
- This is a complete house with air conditioning, a large full kitchen, dishwasher, microwave and all cooking and serving needs.
- Includes an office with desk space for your computer and an additional sofa / seating area.
- Laundry room with washer, dryer, Laundry soap and dryer sheets included.
- All bedding and towels included.
