Enrique was born on February 16, 1946 in el Tuito, a small town over the mountains south of Puerto Vallarta, Jalisco Mexico. The Perez family moved to Puerto Vallarta in 1948 looking for better opportunities to educate and raise their children.

Enrique is the sixth of a family of 11 and at that time he was very fortunate to study as far as the 9th Grade. In 1962, he joined the Mexican army and in the Air Force he studied aircraft maintenance.

In 1967, he was selected to take several courses and technical English in the USAF, he went to Lackland AFB in Texas, and later to Rantoul AFB in Illinois. In 1968 he got his release from the Mexican army and came back to Puerto Vallarta.

In 1958, the first fancy restaurant in Vallarta was being built by his sister Rodelinda, her husband and partners, this restaurant is La Palapa on Los Muertos Beach, and now after over 50 years, it continues to be one of the best beach front dining experiences. Enrique got his first job here.

The tourism in the mid fifties used to fly in, since there were no roads to this hidden paradise, Enrique had to learn English to be able to communicate with the tourists, knowing a second language has been without doubt one of the things that has helped him in his long hotel management, food and beverage, time share sales and now in his successful real estate career.

In the hospitality industry, he worked for Posada Vallarta (now Krystal), Camino Real (now Dreams), Delfin hotel (now San Marino plaza) and Costavida Vallarta (now Playa del sol sur).

In the timeshare industry he has participated in the sales and marketing programs of: Costavida Vallarta, villas Loma Linda, Playa de Oro, Krystal, Sheraton and Mayan Palace in Puerto Vallarta. In Cozumel he was the project director for Mayan regency resort at the Mayan Plaza Hotel in 1990. From 1996 to 1998 he was hired as sales manager for Cispata Marina Hotel Resort in Medellin, Colombia and Hippocampus resort of Cartagena, Colombia.

Since September of 1998, he has been in the real estate business and has prepared himself to help all foreigners to understand the process of investing in Mexico.

After working with his sister for a few years at Mi Buena Estrella real estate office, Enrique decided to form Pegerealty, a family owned company, where they provide property management, vacation rentals, sales and consulting services.

Nació el 16 de febrero de 1946 en el Tuito, una pequeña ciudad sobre las montañas al sur de Puerto Vallarta, Jalisco México. La familia Pérez se trasladó a Puerto Vallarta en 1948 buscando mejores oportunidades para educar y criar a sus hijos.

Enrique es la sexto de una familia de 11 y en ese tiempo él fue muy afortunado estudiar hasta el 9o. Grado, En 1962 se unió al ejército mexicano y en la fuerza aérea estudió mantenimiento de aviones.

En 1967 fue elegido para tomar varios cursos técnicos e Inglés en la USAF, fue a Lackland AFB en Texas y más tarde a Rantoul AFB en Illinois. En 1968 él consiguió su liberación del ejército mexicano y volvió a Puerto Vallarta.
En 1958 el primer restaurante elegante en Vallarta fue construido por su hermana Rodelinda, su esposo y socios, este restaurante es LA PALAPA en la playa de los muertos y ahora después de más de 50 años sigue siendo uno de las mejores ofertas Gastronómicas frente al mar . Enrique consiguió su primer trabajo aquí.

El turismo en los años cincuentas solo llegaba por avión, ya que no había carreteras a este paraíso escondido, Enrique tuvo que aprender inglés para poder comunicarse con los turistas, saber un segundo idioma ha sido sin lugar a dudas una de las cosas que más le han ayudado en su larga carrera de hotelería, alimentos y bebidas, ventas de tiempo de compartido y ahora en su exitosa carrera inmobiliaria.

En la industria de la hospitalidad trabajó para Posada Vallarta (ahora Krystal), Camino Real (ahora Dreams), Delfín hotel (ahora Plaza San Marino) y Costavida Vallarta (ahora playa del sol Sur).

En la industria de tiempo compartido ha participado en las ventas y comercialización de programas de: Costavida Vallarta, Villas Loma Linda, Playa de oro, Krystal, Sheraton y Mayan Palace en Puerto Vallarta. En Cozumel, fué Director de proyecto para Mayan resort Regency en el hotel Mayan Plaza en 1990. Entre 1996 y 1998 fue contratado como Gerente de ventas para Cispata marina hotel resort en Medellín, Colombia y Hippocampus resort de Cartagena, Colombia.

Desde septiembre de 1998 ha estado en el sector inmobiliario y se ha preparado para ayudar a todos los extranjeros a entender el proceso de inversión en México.
