Named
for the legendary Mexican hero Pancho Villa, the restaurant is all that
you would want in a beautiful Mexican restaurant. Bright and cheery,
Mary uses colorful, Mexican table linens, fresh flowers and candles on
the tables, "papel picado" in rainbow colors hanging from the ceiling,
and fabulous murals and paintings to create this impressive and
friendly restaurant ambience.

A large mesquite grill is located in the center of the restaurant where you can watch their chefs prepare the famous dishes of the regional states of Mexico. Featuring over 80 menu items, including chicken mole from Puebla, carne asada from Sonora, tamales wrapped in banana leaves from Oaxaca, and fresh seafood of all types from the Baja. These are just a "taste" of what is available. Delicious, authentic Mexican food at fair, reasonable prices. The "Los Pancho's Trio" plays beautiful Mexican music every night from 6:30 - 10 p.m. for your pleasure.
PANCHO'S can comfortably seat up to 200 persons and 250 in a pinch. Menu's are customized for each group based on budget and personal desires. Our trio plays music throughout the evening. Each diner is given their own Pancho's 'Jarrito' a ceramic tequila cup on a neck ribbon and free shots of tequila. Pitchers of frosty margaritas and iced buckets of beer are the norm for group events, but we can also provide an open bar with full service. Our specialities include fresh fruit margaritas, mango, papaya, strawberry, banana, pineapple and lemon, all are delicious.
Pancho's Restaurant and Tequila Bar has the largest
collection of tequilas in the world; over 500 labels from the mainland
of Mexico, most for sale. We can arrange for a private tequila tasting
for you or your group or just ask our friendly waiters and bartenders
for their favorites. Don't miss our famous Rattlesnake Tequila; it is
in a big jar on the bar. John Bragg is a noted authority on tequilas
traveling around the world giving classes and talks on tequila.
Located on Hidalgo Street, just 1 block (but a world
away) from Marina Blvd.
Hours 7 a.m. - 11 p.m. daily.
