Hotel Kin-Ha & Playa Kin-Ha were opened in August 1999. Hotel Kin-Ha is located in Tulum town, while Playa Kin-Ha, our small ecological hotel, is on the beach, only 5 km from town.

Very near Tulum town you can visit the Mayan Ruins of Tulum, the only Mayan ruins built on the ocean front. The Tulum area is noted for its Cenotes (underground natural fresh water sources considered sacred to the Mayan's, where you can swim and dive). There are over 50 km of wonderful Caribbean beaches and the second largest Coral Reef....

Hotel Kin-Ha consists of ten rooms, all with Queen size beds, private bathrooms, cold/hot water, a terrace with hammock and a courtyard garden where peace and quiet reign.

Playa Kin-Ha has 4 bedroom suites w/private bath. All rooms have hot water and electricity 24 hrs. through solar panels. Playa Kin-Ha is located 4.5 kms from the Tulum Ruins, in the entrance of the Sian Ka'an Biosphere Reserve area, considered a natural 'lung'.
