In Veracruz, sitting amidst gracious old residences, Hotel Delfines, Dolphin Hotel, receives tourists
from around the world. Only two blocks from the beach, the Dolphin is located in an especially safe
part of this very safe city. Its guests include many families on vacation. Mostly, of course,
