In the heart of San Miguel de Allende's Central Historic District. One of
the most charming & comfortable houses in this colonial village on one of
the best-lit and safest streets in San Miguel. Casa Feliz offers 3
bedrooms down pillows and comforters on all beds. Each bedroom has its own
full bathroom, traditionally designed with Mexican tilework. Spacious
living/dining, TV area, gaming table, ground floor powder room, indoor
patio, upstairs patio and roof-top garden with spectacular views - ideal
for that sunset margarita.
Full time maid/gourmet cook with a marvelous disposition will prepare meals
at your request and will gladly teach you authentic Mexican recipes. You
will have a light supper waiting for you the day you arrive followed by a
full breakfast the following morning. The kitchen is stocked with staples
and bilingual cookbooks to assist in ordering your meals.

An easy walk (no hills!) to all shops, galleries, language and art schools,
the museum, theater and library. Around the corner from El Jardin - the
most pleasant place to spend an evening listening to local musicians,
strolling, or sampling the tasty snacks offered by street vendors.
Use our recommended English-speaking drivers for transportation from and to
airports and for general sight-seeing. Positive e-mail references from
former happy renters gladly furnished. Local manager on hand to ensure
your problem-free vacation at Casa Feliz.
Amenities:
Linens & towels, hair dryers, ceiling fans, coffee Maker, cable TV's,
telephones, FAX, stereo CD, VCR's, microwave, purified water, outdoor
patios, gas and woodburning fireplaces. Overnight parking nearby. Short
distance to golf, tennis, horseback riding, hot water springs, historic
sites.
Rental Rates 2005:
January, February, March, July and August
$1500 weekly - 2 to 6 persons
April 2 through December 17 (excluding July and August) the following rates
apply:
- 2 persons - $1100 per week
- 3 persons - $1200 per week
- 4 persons - $1300 per week
- 5 persons - $1400 per week
- 6 persons - $1500 per week
Add $100 per extra person per week
December 22 - 29, 2005
December 29, 2005 - January 4, 2006
$2500 per week. Add $150 per extra person per week
FOR 2006 RATES PLEASE ADD $50 TO ALL RATES QUOTED ABOVE
Terms Of Agreement:
- Casa Feliz rents weekly from Saturday to Saturday only unless by
special arrangement; or monthly at 10% reduced rate
- $100 per week (or any part thereof) for each additional person above 6;
$150 during Christmas/New Year
- Maximum 10 persons in the house
- $500 refundable security deposit required
- Payment in full, in advance, by wire transfer (transfer charge
additional) or credit card (PayPal only plus 2.9% charge) only
- Reservations held when full payment or deposit is received and contract
is signed
- All payments are forfeited in the case of cancellation unless new
tenants can be found for the same period, in which case payments less 10%
fee are refunded
- Rent includes all cooking, utilities
- Rent includes maid's services from 9am to 3pm Monday - Friday; 9am -
12pm Saturday; Sundays off.
- $15-$20 let-in fee for arivals during maid's off hours or late at night
