In the heart of San Miguel de Allende's Central Historic District, Casa Feliz is one of the most charming & comfortable houses in this beguiling colonial village. Located on one of the best-lit and safest streets in San Miguel, Casa Feliz offers 3 bedrooms with downy pillows and comforters on all beds. Each bedroom has its own full bathroom, traditionally designed with Mexican tile work. (For larger groups there is fourth, smaller bedroom with double bed and shared bath.) Spacious living/dining, TV area, wireless internet, iPod and CD player, gaming table, ground floor powder room, indoor patio, upstairs patio and roof-top garden with spectacular views - ideal for that sunset margarita.
Full-time maid/gourmet cook with a marvelous disposition will prepare meals at your request and will gladly teach you authentic Mexican recipes. You will have a light supper waiting for you the day you arrive, and Magda will prepare breakfast the following morning at your request. The kitchen is stocked with staples and bilingual cookbooks to assist in planning your meals.

Rental Rates 2009-2010:
January, February, March, July and August (high season) $1575 weekly - 2 to 6 persons
April 4 through December 18 (excluding July and August) the following rates apply:
- 2 persons - $893 per week (all rates include 5% municipal hotel tax)
- 3 persons - $998 per week
- 4 persons - $1103 per week
- 5 persons - $1208 per week
- 6 persons - $1313 per week
- 7 persons - $1470 per week
- 8 persons - $1575 per week
December 22 - 29, 2010 - $2,415 (includes 5% hotel tax)
December 29 - January 5, 2011 - $2,415 per week
Terms Of Agreement:
- Casa Feliz rents weekly from Saturday to Saturday only unless by
special arrangement; or monthly at 10% reduced rate
- $150 per week (or any part thereof) for each additional person above 6
- Maximum 10 persons in the house (In addition to 4 bedrooms, the futon downstairs sleeps two.)
- $500 refundable security deposit required
- Payment in full, in advance, by wire transfer (click on our website, www.sammiguelrental.com, below for details)
- Reservations held when full payment or deposit is received and contract is signed
- All payments are forfeited in the case of cancellation unless new tenants can be found for the same period, in which case
payments less 10% fee are refunded
- Rent includes all cooking, utilities
- Rent includes maid's services from 9am to 3pm Monday - Friday; 9am - 12pm Saturday; Sundays off.
- $15-$20 let-in fee for arrivals during maid's off hours or late at night
