WELCOME TO THE LAKE CHAPALA INN & ANNEX ENGLISH ELEGANCE WITH MEXICAN WARMTH AND CHARM

The beautiful Lake Chapala Inn and Annex are located in Downtown Chapala, on the shores of Lake Chapala, within easy walking distance (one short block) of shopping, restaurants, banks, and lakeside transportation. THE LAKE CHAPALA INN has large comfortable well appointed guest rooms, all with private bathrooms, and equipped with King size beds, one room has two Queen size beds, Television, Telephone, Hair dryers and Bedside lamps. Your hosts are Austin McNiff, a native of the U.K. and a Canadian Citizen, and his wife Alicia, a native of Mexico City and a Canadian resident.

There is a large flowered terrace on the guest floor where guests meet, talk, have a cocktail, view the lake, the mountains, and the magnificent sunsets, or just relax, read a book, entertain friends. It is your choice.

A Gourmet class kitchen, in-house laundry, Dining room, Lounge, and a well stocked Library and Music room are all on the main floor. A heated lap pool is located in the beautiful secluded garden.

The price includes a delicious cooked breakfast, with unlimited coffee, fresh fruits, juices, cereal and fresh rolls, it has become, for some of our guests, a most pleasant way to start their day.

The daily rate is US$60, single or double room, + 17% IVA tax.

THE ANNEX The annex is two houses, each with Three Bedrooms, and Two Baths adjacent to the INN. All bedrooms are large with double or Queen size beds, the 2 front bedrooms have balconies which overlook the Lake and the South shore mountains. These houses are for long term visitors who wish to do their own cooking. They have a completely equipped kitchen with Living room and Dining room; they also have Televisions and Telephones. The design and size facilitates sharing with friends or family accommodating up to six people, they are furnished to U.S. Standards with Mexican styling. They are available on a weekly basis for four persons and include all utilities and 6 day maid service. RATE: US$315 + 17% Tax per week (7 nights)

Both properties have security parking, and car washing is available for guests with vehicles.

Airport pick-up and return is available by advanced arrangements.
