Hotel Casa Pereyra
is a beautiful Oaxacan house from the 18th Century that has belonged to the Pereyras for more than 50
years. The family has always maintained the originality and flavor of the house. Here you can enjoy
the recenly remodeled patio with green cantera floor, a half fountain in red cantera and a curtain
of green climbing vines over the walls, flowering with intense color, making this space attractive
and inviting. Nearby is the “Basílica de la Soledad”, one of the most outstanding churches
of Oaxaca. We are located in the heart of Oaxaca´s Historic Center, declared a Cultural Patrimony of
the Humanities site, and only 3 blocks from the zocalo.

Two levels, on the first floor with a sitting area, small kitchen and
bath. In the loft a double bed and closet.

Recently renovated, conserving the original style with
double bed, kitchen and comfortable sitting area.

In the second patio of the house is the
new construction respecting the architecture of Oaxaca's Historic Center. Using the finest
materials and finishes, such as tiles of the finest quality for floors and bathrooms,
as well the cedar doors and closets.
SUITE #4:
One of the favorite of our guests and visitors for it´s space
and decoration.
This apartment has two comfortable and ample levels, on the first
floor a small kitchen with a living room. On the second floor a room with a double bed, desk, bath
and a balcony to the main patio.

The most requested room by our clients, a huge space with lovely
decoration. It has a king size bed, sitting area, bath, small private garden, besides complete
kitchen and dining room.

Rooms:
We also have three standard rooms where you can enjoy
the tranquility of our Casa Pereyra. Each room has a double bed, private bath,
balcony or terrace and closet.

Bungalows:
We also rent per month two furnished nice apartments, in a
very quiet part of town, with a beautiful view of the city. Only 15 minutes walking distance from the tourist main street of Oaxaca. Each one with 1 bedroom, living-dining room,
kitchenette and 1 bathroom, all the services.
Rates:
Monthly: $550 USD
*Our rates include the services of water, gas and electricity. Not
included is cleaning service.

- We provide you with a quiet and private area where we offer you an hour
free of internet and computer service.
- Access to wireless internet.
- We provide for your use a small library where you can enjoy your favorite
book or read about Oaxaca´s numerous points of interest.

To make a reservation, you can contact us at our e-mail where we will give you all further information such as how to make a deposit in our bank account.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
- To confirm your reservation it is necessary to
provide us with your Visa or Master Card information, including the card number, the
expiration date, the security code, and the name of the cardholder. We will charge your credit
card with 2 nights for each room reserved, with your previous consent.
- In case of cancellation and refund minus
the 5% bank commission, it is necessary to send, in writing, your request with one month of
anticipation. After this time we cannot refund any money.
- We can offer you a 10% discount if you
pay in cash.
