Bienvenido and Welcome to Casa Monjas!

Casa Monjas is not a hotel.

We are an intimate guesthouse that offers our guests the more personal experience
of living in a beautiful colonial home while visiting one of the most fascinating cities
in Mexico. We know you value your space and privacy ... especially when you travel... so we have only 2 suites with kitchenettes. By strictly limiting the number of guests in our home, we can be assured that everyone who has the pleasure of staying here can enjoy the peace and serenity of this historic environment.

Both guest suites have their own bedroom, bathroom and kitchenette. In addition, guests have access to a formal living room, various patios, and a swimming pool.

Casa Monjas is located on Calle 63, one
of the city's principal streets.  Our house
is less than two blocks from the main Zocalo and within easy walking distance from all of the shops, restaurants, theaters and activities in Merida's Centro Historico.
