Our tranquil and secure B&B is located in the heart of our beautiful City of Oaxaca a few steps from El Llano, one of Oaxaca's most beautiful parks. We are five blocks from the famous walking street that takes you to the zocalo, and we are close to galleries, shops, bookstores, restaurants, Spanish language schools (Instituto Cultural Oaxaca is just 1 block from us!). Casa Maye is also located just 4 blocks from the first class bus station.

We offer 5 comfortable and spacious rooms, with one or two double beds and private bathroom; two rooms open out into the courtyard and the other three are on the second floor, one with its own balcony over the patio garden that invites you to relax. All rooms are decorated with multicolor textiles and a small livingroom.

Leaving before scheduled departure date requires that you pay for your reserved nights.
Smoking is not allowed in the rooms.
Check in: 2 pm (If your room is available before check-in we´ll be very happy to give you the room.
Check out: Noon.
Rates subject to change without notice.
If you plan to arrive after 8 p.m., notice is required.
For the comfort and safety of all, no arrivals after midnight.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
Minimum 3 nights stay during high season.
50% deposit required 10 days before your reservation.
There will be a $50.00 U.S. fee for all cancellations. There is a 10 day cancellation policy. If you cancel with less than 10 days notice, the deposit will not be refunded.
No cancellation refund is possible in high season, for example Day of The Dead, Christmas and New Years, Guelaguetza (July) or Easter week.
There is a minimum one night stay fee by no show in each room reserved.
We accept credit cards for payment of rooms and for deposits on our secure registration form: Visa or Master Card, or if you wish to make a wire transfer from bank to bank or you are in Mexico and would like to deposit money directly to us, please contact us for details.
