Casa Colonial is four two bedroom villas nestled in a lush tropical setting. The garden has many features including a Barbecue area, beautifully designed trellis covered with flowers, and a "Palapa" reading area. Fruit trees are plentiful and are for the enjoyment of our guests. Casa Colonial can accommodate parties from one to sixteen. This is ideal for travelers who wish to enjoy Cozumel with their family and friends. 

Each of our four uniquely designed villas has two levels. Both bedrooms are located on the second level; and have separate full bathrooms. Spacious living rooms, dining rooms, kitchens, and a half baths are located on the first level. Private balconies and patios are also located on both first and second levels.
