Our property has 6 separate buildings, each with 3 floors, that surround a freshwater swimming pool. The front of the hotel is on Kukulcán Boulevard, the main street of the hotel zone. The hotel is on a white sand Caribbean beach, with tranquil water, that is perfect for swimming and water sports.

The Imperial Las Perlas Cancún is the first hotel (Km. 2.5) in the hotel zone, coming from downtown Cancún. We are directly across from Isla Mujeres. It is 5 minutes to downtown, 25 minutes to Cancún International Airport and 15 minutes to the Convention Center Area.

Accommodations
The large ocean view studio rooms in the Imperial Las Perlas Cancún allow for lots of space to relax and make yourself at home. All 118 of our rooms have individual air-conditioning, two double beds, shower, telephone, color satellite T.V., marble floors and balcony. They also have a kitchenette with small refrigerator, sink and two burners. Essential utensils are include.
