Words and pictures can only begin to provide information about the Imperial Laguna Cancún. Many of our guest have spent some very special vacation days with us, resting and relaxing, while still begin able to take advantage of all that Cancún has to offer. Our staff knows how to make you feel at home. We are always there when you need us but do not interfere with your "get away from it all" state of mind.

An intimate complex of 3 buildings, each with 3 floors, that surround a courtyard and freshwater swimming pool. The street in front of the hotel is uncongested and provides for easy exit and entrance. It is an easy walk to Kukulcán Boulevard. There is parking in front of the hotel. Oliver's Continental Palapa Restaurant and our dock, border the tranquil Nichupté Lagoon.

The imperial Laguna Cancún is located on a quiet residential street off Kukulcán Boulevard, near the Hotel Presidente Inter-Continental at Km. 7, in Cancún's Hotel Zone. It is a 5 minutes walk to Plaza Caracol and the Cancún Convention Center, 25 minutes by taxi to Cancún International Airport and 15 minutes by taxi to the City of Cancún

Accommodations
We have a total of 61 rooms broken down as follows: 36 studios, 14 bedroom suites, 4 three bedroom suite and 7 standar rooms. All studios and suites have two double beds, kitchenette with utensils, refrigerator, sink and two buner stove, individual airconditioning, shower, telephone, color satellite T.V., marble floors and balcony.

Activities
Family Plan: Our small size and varied accommodations are perfect for families. Up to two children, 11 years and under, are FREE when sharing the room with two adults.
Baby Sitting: Can be arranged at additional charge.
Guest Services: The advantage of staying at a small hotel is that everyone cares obout you. We will do our best to handle any request that you make. Please contact our front desk.
Sightseeing Tours and Hotel Activities: A wide variety of sightseeing tours and water sports are available in Cancún and to the sorrounding area. The travel agency located in the lobby can make all the arrangements.
