Vacation Holiday Beach Homes in Cabo Pulmo, Mexico My homes are just 500 feet from the beach. The beach access path adjoins the parcel. No shoes required. Very safe swimming, even at night under a blanket of amazing stars. There are no electric lights so the starts are amazing. Cabo Pulmo has always been solar, and have all the comforts of home. My homes come equipped with two solar systems and a generator back up system housed in its own quiet concrete room in the concrete full garage. The beach at Cabo Pulmo, Baja California Sur The main home 18A is also wheelchair friendly. I had ramps poured to get into the lovely courtyard, and into the home with a low sink for a wheelchair bound person. The beach called Los Arbolitos is just a ten minute drive and has the World's best wheelchair ramp into the World's best snorkeling. The folks who run the beach and live there loan out kayaks for free and will assist a disabled person into the water. They also have two beach wheelchairs to use. A paralyzed person can still swim. Diving, swimming and snorkeling are sports that disabled people can do well if they have access to get into the water. There are very very few wheelchair ramps into the ocean in the World. I am an advocate for the disabled to have access into the Pacific Ocean here and there is not one wheelchair ramp into the real Pacific Ocean from Canada to Cabo. That is a fact. And it is a travesty as one in five people are disabled. So Cabo Pulmo could really be a mecca for the disabled because of the amazing access. And the village and restaurants are on flat ground and with some help a wheelchair could get around pretty well there. So this is a great marketing point as this is a very rare place for them. 18 A also has a lovely large tiled courtyard, a fenced back yard, and Care dogs with a prescription are allowed. There is also a view deck ( not accessible for a wheelchair-has steps) that is amazing. The birdsong is beautiful. I actually recorded it. There are 360 degree views to the sea and to the desert. Eagles soar, Iguanas can be seen, and there are few if any times of the year with biting bugs. I slept out every night. 18B is the guest home with two bedroom areas and I just added a new little kitchen. It rents separately or can be rented with the main home 18A with a 10% discount on 18B when rented together with 18A. Thus is accommodates large groups. The homes are fully insured even for hurricanes. There is a homeowners's association that keeps the place raked and groomed. There are several scuba companies that offer courses in all levels of scuba certification. This is an important marketing point. ( There is the Cabo Pulmo Beach Resort on site who manages my homes and includes the nightly stays as part of their scuba packages and also a few more scuba companies as well). Activities:
Fishing outside the park boundaries. There are fishing companies as well. Great fishing again and people can 'feel good' about taking a fish here as there is an abundance of fish again! See the photos of the fish balls. Dining: 6 Good Restaurants within walking distance. This is a Resort for those who want that remote feeling. No serious night life there. Cabo San Lucas is about two hours away and doable for a day trip. Los Brailes a full service town with banks and stores and restaurants and medical about 40 minutes drive. Cabo Pulmo is just over an hour from the Los Cabos International Airport in San Jose Del Cabo which has Wallmart, Costco and Home Depot. There is five miles of good dirt road to get to Cabo Pulmo easy to drive in a cheap rental car. It gives one that remote feeling. Very eco-friendly village, off the grid. Very peaceful and friendly community. It is the last of the Pristine Baja, the East Cape! Both homes are fully furnished, dishes everything, pay for themselves and make a bit of profit as well. I have the profit reports. They are making money from day one of ownership. |
