The season begins in late November and lasts through the early March. The consistant winds that blow parallel to the coast together with the endless sandy beaches make the Bahia de Las Palmas a colorful site with sails and kites. Vella Wind Surf offers wind surfing camps for vacationers who fly in from all over the world.

Los Barriles is convienantly located 45 miles North of the Los Cabos airport and 65 miles South of the La Paz airport. Costco and other large retailers are less than an hour away which allows home builders the convienance of securing home furnishings at reasonalble prices.
