The modern kitchen has microwave, electric stove with toaster. It is completely equipped, A maid service is provided; there are 3 Televisions with VCR,s in the Villa. We also have 2 Tennis courts for the villas. There is an olympic size pool in the center of the Villas compound for every one to enjoy. It is a 5 minute walk to the beach in front of the Fairmont Princess Hotel. The beach here is 100 yards wide and 25 miles long from Puerto Marquez to Barra Vieja. The Villa is a 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom, town house with its own private secluded pool. The master bedroom has 2 joined twin beds, plus a twin sofa bed for 3 persons. The second bedroom is the same arrangment also for 3 persons. The front bedroom has a matrimonial or double size bed plus a matrimonial or double bed sofa for 4 persons. The rent is $4,000.00 pesos a day, or the equivalent in dollars. Weekly rent is $24,000.00 pesos. Monthly rent is $60,000.00 pesos. Xmas and Easter the rent is $5,500.00 pesos a day.
