Dining
Acapulco really comes to life after sunset. Dining in Acapulco is an event. Some of Mexico's best international and Mexican cuisine is served around Acapulco Bay. Settings are often extraordinary.

Chose from restaurants with intimate bay views, or go casual to one Acapulco's plentiful, fun-filled bar and grills. There are also several excellent hotel restaurants, and a wide variety of cuisines: from Thai to German: Spanish to Japanese: and more!

Dining is generally informal, although shorts and jeans are not allowed in some of the more expensive restaurants. You'll be able to choose between moderately-prices restaurants, American fast food outlets, and expensive, refined dining which may require a reservation.

Nightlife
Acapulco is a party town, with festivities often starting at happy hour and going until dawn. Acapulco's non-stop nightlife is legendary. The town comes alive late at night, when disco-hopping takes center stage. There is no place in the world that can rival Acapulco for sophisticated, dazzling discos. Many feature heavenly bay views, fireworks, laser shows, and incredible dancers.

Many hotels and open air bars have excellent happy hours. Clubs and discos usually don't open until 11pm and get rolling around 1am, closing at sunup. Cover charges are in affect, but may include a drink or two.
